"Since I've found WHAg membership I really feel like I've found my people! As a traditionally trained vet AND dairy farmer I always felt like I was a different animal and always thought about medicine (and my frustration with how it's just covering stuff up not actually healing) and farming differently than many of my colleagues."
Kat Mageean, Vet Surgeon & Dairy Farmer
"I am still somewhat new to this but since joining Pro I saw a significant decrease in newborn scours in the sheds using a combination of remedies. I saw huge improvement regarding ringwomb issues and long labours with the use of Caulophyllum. I also had great success with using nosodes to minimize Orf outbreaks in an orphan lamb group and a reduction of abomasal bloat in hand-reared lambs using remedies."
Paula Milby, Sheep Rancher USA
Learning Centre
"I recommend the Whag Learning Centre to everyone ready to listen to me. I love the ethos and the care that is taken to produce such comprehensive courses. You all come across really well ‘on camera’, very professional and exceedingly thoughtful and caring."

Foundation Course
"This course has given me a wide range of options to tackle everything from disease and parasites to foot issues and stress. I’ve successfully treated my livestock using the remedies and guidance provided, and now call the vet far less often. I even used what I’d learned on myself—after accidentally putting my hand in a bees’ nest, the remedies I took worked instantly. The results were amazing!"
Debbie Hopkins, sheep farmer
"The course gave me a much deeper understanding of how stress or triggers—like bad weather or diet changes—can lead to illness in vulnerable animals. I now give remedies before issues arise, and it’s made a real difference. Having everything mapped out on the yearly planner means nothing gets missed. Preventative treatments are working wonders, and I feel far more confident handling situations early. I still call the vet when needed, but far less often. Fewer antibiotics, less stress for the animals - and for me - and cost savings too."
Bursary Student, Jack Pritty
“Since taking the course we now think about the animals in a holistic way rather than reacting to isolated issues. It has changed the way I approach husbandry, and taught me to be forward thinking, putting more preventative measures in place, and doing everything I can to create a calm, low-stress environment for our livestock."
