Please read these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use, and Accessibility Policy. By accessing or using any part of our website, products, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Whole Health Agriculture (WHAg), a not-for-profit private limited company, registered in England and Wales under company number 11645835. Our registered address is 16 Larkdown, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8HE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Definitions

  • “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to WHAg.
  • “You”, “User”, “Customer” means any person accessing or using the website or its products or services.
  • “Product(s)” means online courses, webinars, audio/video files, downloadable resources, and all digital offerings from WHAg.
  • “Services” refers to any use of the website, digital offerings, or participation in WHAg content.
  • “Content” means all intellectual property owned by or licensed to WHAg.

3. Ownership, Licensing and Intellectual Property

3.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, course content, videos, guides, text, documents, presentations, audio-visual files, and software provided via WHAg are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws. Ownership remains with WHAg and its licensors.

Titles such as “Whole Health Livestock Health Advisor” and “Whole Health Pet Coach”, and any derivatives, are proprietary to WHAg and may not be used without explicit written permission following successful course completion and formal authorisation by WHAg.

3.2 Licence to Use

When you purchase or access a Product or Service, WHAg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not:

  • Share, sublicense, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any course or other content;
  • Use any WHAg content to deliver training, provide services to others, or develop competing products;
  • Copy or rewrite materials in a way that disguises the original authorship or undermines WHAg’s intellectual property rights;
  • Reverse engineer or extract models, methods, or information for unauthorised use.

This licence does not grant ownership of or any rights in WHAg’s intellectual property.

3.3 Enforcement and Infringement

WHAg actively monitors the use of its content and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use, sharing, reproduction, or plagiarism of WHAg’s materials may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your access;
  • A permanent ban from WHAg platforms and services;
  • Legal proceedings to seek injunctive relief and damages.

If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, no refund or future access will be granted. You are prohibited from re-registering under a new account, name, or email address following termination for breach.

4. Certification and Use of Titles

Completion of a course does not automatically entitle you to use a professional title associated with the course. Any use of titles such as “Whole Health Livestock Health Advisor” or “Whole Health Pet Coach” requires explicit written authorisation from WHAg. Any unauthorised use of such titles is strictly prohibited.

5. Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) and Veterinary Disclaimer

WHAg provides educational content only. This content is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinary professional for any health concerns relating to animals.

WHAg does not provide diagnostic services or tailored advice on individual cases. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our content, courses, webinars, or downloadable materials.

The information provided by Whole Health Agriculture is for general informational purposes only. All information on our website, courses, and materials is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information.

If you submit any content (such as reviews, comments, forum posts), you grant WHAg a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content. WHAg reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Access and Termination

WHAg may suspend or terminate your access to any Product or Service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Users whose accounts have been terminated for breach of these Terms are prohibited from re-registering.

If you wish to terminate your account or membership, please email secretary@wholehealthag.org with 30 days’ notice. WHAg will confirm receipt and guide you through the process. Upon termination, you will lose access to all paid content. Fees for any remaining minimum term may still be payable.

8. Refunds, Membership, and Payments

Refunds are available only in accordance with the refund policy published on the and specified at the point of purchase. If your access is terminated due to breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Membership plans, durations, upgrade/downgrade rules, and associated fees are explained clearly during the purchase process. By joining, you agree to these terms and to pay all applicable fees via the method selected at the time of sign-up.

9. Technical Support

WHAg provides limited technical support to assist with access issues. You can request support by emailing secretary@wholehealthag.org. We aim to respond within 3 business days but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers. We recommend using the latest version of a modern browser for best performance.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WHAg, its directors, staff, licensors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of the website, Products, or Services;
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property rights or data rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

WHAg is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the website or content;
  • Any unauthorised use of your account;
  • Any failure or disruption due to firewalls, device incompatibility, or internet issues.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease use of the Services and request a refund (where applicable under the refund policy).

12. Force Majeure

WHAg shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, war, epidemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

13. Links and Third Parties

Links to external websites are provided for your convenience. WHAg accepts no liability for the content or practices of third-party websites or services, and the presence of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party platforms such as Zoom, Stripe, or PayPal is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Data and Privacy

WHAg collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. WHAg is the Data Controller of your personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login details.

We only collect data that is necessary for providing our services, and retain it only as long as needed. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WHAg and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and representations relating to your use of the Website, Products, and Services.

17.2 Amendments

WHAg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.3 Waiver

No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.

17.4 Severability

If any provision is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

17.5 No Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from WHAg. WHAg may assign these Terms without restriction.

17.6 No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and WHAg. You shall not represent that you have the authority to bind WHAg in any way.

17.7 Prevail Clause

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other documentation or information provided, these Terms shall prevail.

17.8 Insolvency

If either party becomes subject to insolvency, administration, or liquidation, WHAg may terminate the agreement with immediate effect and without liability.

Notices are deemed received:

  • On the next business day if sent by email
  • Within 3 business days if sent by first-class post

17.10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably through informal discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure. Costs will be borne equally between the parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may proceed to litigation in the courts of England and Wales.

18. Feedback and Complaints

WHAg welcomes feedback and takes complaints seriously. Please contact secretary@wholehealthag.org with the subject line “Feedback” or “Complaint”. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 10 working days. If your issue is not resolved, you may request escalation by including “Escalation Request” in your email subject line.
